At the end of the practice session, each student goes through the stage of certifying themselves as a Healer in the presence of the Mentor.

Reiki Master Symbol is attuned. Thus 100% more power achieved. The maximum power is achieved for a tutee, which is used for Attunement purpose for Reiki Learners. Is mostly achieved once students try to become a Mentor and only possible with the approval of the Reiki Teacher / Reiki Master. An individual starts healing various kinds of patients to prove their ability to understand the treatment process of diseases and achieve success. After receiving 2nd Degree, students whoever wants to upgrade, has to go through a rigorous process of treating patients and assisting Mentors

The students start arranging number of Seminars assisting their Mentors to arrange and execute Seminars. Successful candidates are only assigned with Third Degree. After assigned and completion, an individual starts conducting their own seminars along with Reiki Masters and then individually.
